Remote support conditions

In the case of remote support, you accept the following clauses ("Burning Box SA" is referred to below as "burningbox"):

• →You agree that a burningbox staff member, an intermediary company employed by burningbox, or an external contractor appointed by burningbox connects to your computer to provide "technical support" invoiced on an hourly basis.
• →Hours are invoiced at CHF 180/hour + VAT, or as per a written agreement between you and burningbox — whatever the outcome of the intervention. burningbox invoices its know-how on an hourly basis; this invoicing is not negotiable, whether the outcome of the intervention is positive or negative.
• →You have backed up your system beforehand.
• →You accept the burningbox general terms and conditions.
• →You have a problem to solve and therefore may not subsequently claim that burningbox or one of its employees or partners damaged your system during an intervention.
